to The Country Midwife and congratulations on your pregnancy!
My name is Esthea. I am a registered midwife, private birth educator, maternity nurse and mother to one! I have been working with expectant parents and new families for the last decade, practising in a variety of maternity settings across the UK.
Whether couples have opted to welcome their new baby in a midwife led birthing unit, acute maternity unit or at home; each family’s experience and journey through pregnancy, has shaped the practitioner I am today.
I have been a community midwife in Wiltshire since 2018, and now happily reside with my little family in a village on the outskirts of Bath.
I understand that everyone’s experience of pregnancy, birth and parenting is different: so offer you the practical information and support to make informed choices about your maternity care and transition to parenthood - free from judgement.
